Instructions for citizens about prevention of unauthorized occupation of land

Unauthorized occupation of land - an occupation of another's land without the permission of the land owner or land, as well as occupation of land, owned by the state and are not provided in the land, without a decision by the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan or local executive body - one of the offense in the sphere of land legislations. (Claim 27 Article 12 of the Land Code of RK)
Violations of this provision qualifies as unauthorized occupation of land and entails administrative responsibility envisaged by CAO.
According to Article 136 of the Administrative Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan (violation of state ownership of the land), illegal activity or exchange of public land or committing other transactions, directly or indirectly violate the state ownership of land, as well as the late return of temporarily occupied public land - entail a fine.
